Nate King

Ukrainian Track Suit is a mini video work where King experiments with compositing techniques. King asks the question, how do people behave in front of the camera? One answer to this is to show off, to “strike a pose”, and to give fashion. King places himself in a retro-future fantasy world. This mini work was one of several shared in King’s Future Bodies conference presentation, Virtual Connectivity, Intimacy, and Authenticity, or Why the Internet is Queer.
